Please download and complete the Liability Waivers and submit them along with the applicable registration fees to the Club at the Parent/Player meeting. This meeting will be scheduled for early January, 2012.



The Registration Fee for the 5/6 and 7/8 Teams is $185 per player.
The 3/4 Team Registration Fee is $165 per player.
